For Karin’s phone. Vertical for the rooms (portrait, as on the site); horizontal for the shared spaces. Daylight, curtains open, lights on, beds made, bathroom dry and tidy. Shoot from the door first, then move in. Tick as you go; print this page.
How: hold the phone upright for rooms, sideways for shared spaces · stand in the doorway for the wide shot · keep the phone level (grid on) · tap to focus on the art · no flash · one extra photo of anything you love in the room.

Answered on site 10-09 and now in the pages: the nine rooms and their numbers, who is 3 and 4, capacity (two per room, mezzanines to 34), pricing on request, the three flats’ names, the thank-you note, the maps, a Getting there page, no private-space photos.
Cerdan: which floor? Her site does not say, and it did not come up on site.
The flats: Breuer is flat 3 (first floor). Which numbers are the Marceau duplex and the flat with the patio? Is “Marceau” the spelling? Beds, kitchens and entrances for all three; copy for each; full-size photos of the Marceau and the patio flat.
The Marcel’s story behind each flat’s name (Breuer, Marceau), in her words, as she did for the rooms.
The thank-you note: the full text and how to sign it (the guests’ first names? the month?).
Group photos: Karin sends about ten (the pandemic-era groups she mentioned) for the Groups page.
The rooftop pool, the parrilla and the façade: still no photo of Karin’s own; the ones here are from the Airbnb listing.
Guest lounge photo: is media/lounge.jpg the guest lounge? Karin’s private living room is not shown anywhere.
The neighbourhood map: the four files here are the illustrator’s 2016 sketches; the fifth, final version (the printed card) and a high-resolution file are still to come.
Lo de Omar (parrilla) is named in her Where-to-eat intro but has no card on her site.
Services page on her site (Intermediate / Advanced / Advanced+ at €99–249) reads as Squarespace template text; not carried. Confirm it should be dropped.
Testimonial attributions and the “2025 New York · The Atlast Project” block on her site look like template filler; not carried.
The hero line “Nine rooms. Nine Marcels. One table.” and the shared-space captions are from the earlier draft, not her site.
Languages: her site is English only, so this draft is English first. Spanish and Portuguese are in the proposal and come after the copy is settled.
Art credits: which artists may be named per room (some may not be, per the 09-26 visit). No artist is credited in this draft.
Breakfast, dinners, experiences and transfers (“optional”, per her About page): what exactly is offered, and at what price?
House rules, check-in/out times, minimum nights, cancellation: nothing on her site. FAQ page is therefore not built yet.
Getting there: the distances, times and fares on the Getting there page are marked to confirm; Karin’s own directions (and the airport-transfer offer) replace them.
